WHO I AM . . .

Nothing lights me up like creativity, connection, and design. I'm an entrepreneur with a keen sense of community, ease for project management, and the ability to identify and develop talent at all levels. Proven track record of combining my passion for creativity and strategy to produce results for various clients and teams. Fueled by all things creative, there are few things I love more than a great brainstorming session, getting busy in Photoshop, or talking strategy. 

ASSISTANT MANAGER + VISUAL MERCHANDISING STORE OPENING SPECIALIST

LULULEMON. RICHMOND, VA

Build meaningful relationships with the local community. Leverage these relationships to start community initiatives, collaborate on small and large-scale events, and support entrepreneurial goals.

Coach + train the Virginia region and Mid-Atlantic area on Visual Merchandising strategies and standards. Support new store openings through store design and training teams on VM. Develop weekly strategies that include sell-through opportunities, product flow, and intentional brand delivery.

Manage quarterly and annual financial planning, profit and loss statement analysis, strategically manage and reduce controllable costs.

Lead and develop a team of 15-30 through straight talk, vision and goals, and intentional listening.

Conceptualize and execute community events, brand strategy, and social media marketing. Developed over 10 leaders in these areas, and facilitated regional social media training.

Analyze product sell-through and retail trends to strategically merchandise product and achieve financial goals. Created and lead a regional collective to provide training and collaboration within Virginia.

Create and execute daily, monthly, and quarterly recruiting and hiring, community, and finance plans.

PROGRAM ADVISOR

WEST VIRGINIA UNIVERSITY. MORGANTOWN, WV

Coordinated advertising, marketing, and public relations efforts to increase numbers and strengthen relations between department programs and the campus/community.

Collaborated on the development of a comprehensive housing program, a $20M effort with an annual budget over $3M. Extensively involved in the day-to-day management of this program.

Managed 24 organizations (approximately 1,700 students). Created and executed leadership development and retention programming.
